If you are a diver, you will probably be able to swim close to them.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=46gXyVDTXoo&amp;t=3s\">Alona Beach to Balicasag Island<\/a><br \/>\nYou can also see schools of dolphins on the way to Balicasag Island.<\/p>\n<h2>How to get to Panglao Island?<\/h2>\n<p>To get to Panglao Island, you can take a 3-hour high-speed boat ride from Cebu Port to Tagbilaran Port on Bohol Island, next to Panglao Island, or fly to the new Panglao Island International Airport instead of Tagbilaran Airport.
